Analýza důchodových systémů Dánska, Nizozemska a Austrálie

Abstract

The aim is to analyze pension systems in Denmark, the Netherlands and Australia and suggest solutions to the pension system in the Czech Republic, inspired by these countries. Selected pension schemes were examine by the methods of descriptive analysis and then compares with the Czech pension system as well. There are suggested changes for the Czech Republic in the first pillar and recommended to implement second pillar working on the same principles as in analysing countries.
