Abstract
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess hydrolytic stability and toxikology of new fluorinated ionic liquids prepared by the Department of Chemistry FMMI. The theoretical part summarizes the findings of ionic liquids with a focus on environmental and toxikological aspects of their use. The practical part is devoted to the preparation of pyridnium salts, quinolinium, isoquinolinium, tetrahydroquinolinium with bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide anion, characterization and study of hydrolytic stability. Selected IL was investigated using the Ames mutagenicity test.
