Analýza distribučního systému

Abstract

This diploma work analyzes the distribution system of MAPEI SK, s.r.o. with headquarters in Bratislava. The purpose of this analysis is primarily to reduce costs in distribution, customer differentiation according to their significance and also improve the overall system of communication and cooperation with customers. Theoretical part of diploma work is dedicated to the distribution and transport, is characterized by MAPEI SK, s.r.o. and the current distribution system of the company. Own solutions to the problem of distribution is the distribution of customers using the ABC method and the use of method to coordinate the optimal location of warehouses to supply customers from eastern Slovakia. Finally there are recommendations for MAPEI SK, s.r.o.
