Abstract

The aim of my Bachelor Thesis was to propose changes of marketing mix to Provident Financial company in the way to increase sale and grow of customer's satisfaction. My primary research was based on current mix and regarding its results I have proposed changes which are following customers' opinions and requirements. During creating a plan of changes I was taking care of company's welfare. I believe that my recommendations will be useful for Provident Financial's company
