Neinvazivní zjištění hladiny glykemie založené na principu fotopletysmografie

Abstract

This diploma thesis works with non–invasive glucose monitoring based on near infrared radiation. The wavelengths around 1 550 nm were chosen for measurement. In addition to near IR radiation, the relative amound of hemoglobin and the temperature were also measured. The device was tested on aqueous glucose solutions and after that on earlobe. Data analysis was performed in Labview, where 8 parameters were evaluated. The final value of glucose concentration was computed by neural networks.
