Ergonomická rizika v oblasti výrobní firmy

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the ergonomic risk assessment of employees of a manufacturing company. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of ergonomics as a science and explains the ergonomic risks. This is followed by an introduction to methods for assessing ergonomic risks, in particular the Nordic Questionnaire, Key Indicator Metor and RULA. In the second part, work activities are described and then an assessment of the current situation is made using the Nordic Questionnaire. Furthermore, the ergonomic risks of the work activities are evaluated, especially the assessment of working postures and load handling using selected methods. The thesis concludes by proposing measures based on the results of the work activity assessment that will improve working conditions and help to reduce overall risk in the workplace.
