Zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Zhodnocení finančního zdraví je aplikováno na podniku MEDIUM SOFT, a. s. Diplomová práce se konkrétně zaměřuje na výpočty poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy a souhrnné indexy, které vedou ke zjištění finanční stability firmy.

První kapitola se věnuje úvodu. Je zde vymezena použitá metoda hodnocení finančního zdraví a také cíl diplomové práce. Cílem diplomové práce je definovat silné a slabé stránky podniku a navrhnout opatření, které by měl management použít, aby podniku přinesly lepší výsledky finančního hospodaření.

Druhá kapitola vymezuje teoretická východiska finanční analýzy. Kapitola je rozdělena do jednotlivých částí, například definuje uživatele, zdroje a cíle finanční analýzy. Dále jsou popsány různé poměrové ukazatele, čistý pracovní kapitál, souhrnné indexy hodnocení podniku a hodnotové ukazatele.

Ve třetí kapitole je obsažena charakteristika podniku. Je zde popsána historie společnosti, hlavní aktivity podniku a také vývoj počtu zaměstnanců. Závěrem kapitoly jsou uvedeny ekonomické údaje společnosti MEDIUM SOFT, a. s. za jednotlivé roky.

Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována aplikační části finanční analýzy na konkrétním podniku. Jsou zde provedeny výpočty hlavních ukazatelů finanční analýzy, které jsou potřebné pro zjištění finančního zdraví podniku. Jednotlivé výpočty jsou doplněny grafy a stručným komentářem.

Obsahem páté kapitoly jsou interpretace výsledků jednotlivých ukazatelů. Na základě výpočtů jsou definovány silné a slabé stránky podniku a dále jsou vymezeny návrhy a doporučení pro management podniku. Dané návrhy by měly vést ke zlepšení finančního zdraví podniku.

Poslední, šestá kapitola, obsahuje závěr diplomové práce. Jsou zde uvedeny faktory, které by mohly v budoucnu ohrozit vývoj a stabilitu podniku. Závěrem je provedeno celkové zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti MEDIUM SOFT, a. s.

Diploma thesis deals with issues of evaluation of the company’s financial health. The evaluation of the company’s financial health is applied on concern MEDIUM SOFT, a. s. Diploma thesis is concretely concentrated on ratio indices’ calculations of financial analyse and general indices, which tend to detect the financial stability of the concern.

First chapter follows the introduction. Here is defined the used method of evaluation of the company’s financial health and also the goal of the diploma thesis. The goal of the diploma thesis is to define strong and weak aspects of the concern and suggest arrangements, which should be used by management to bring better results of financial economy.

Second chapter defines theoretical resource for financial analyse. The chapter is divided into separated parts e.g. it defines user, sources and the intention of financial analyse. Further are described various ratio indices, clear working capital, general indices of company’s evaluation and value indices.

The third chapter includes character of the company. Here is described the history of the company, main activities of the company and also development of a number of employees. At the end of the chapter are specified economical data MEDIUM SOFT, a. s. for every year.

Forth chapter follows application part of financial analyse on concrete concern. Here are main indices calculations’ of financial analyse, which are necessary to find the concern’s financial health. Individual calculations are replenished with schemas and a brief comment.

Fifth chapter includes interpretation of results indices. Based on calculations are defined strong and weak aspects of the concern and defined concepts and recommendations for concern’s management. These concepts should lead to improve company’s financial health.

The last sixth chapter contains the end of diploma thesis. Here are specified elements, which could cause danger development and stability of concern. Finally is made general evaluation of the company’s financial health.
