Analýza využití a produktivity zpracování stolových plátů

Abstract

The theme of increasing the utilization and productivity of business activities is an important area, especially in the case of newly introduced and key areas. The focus of this thesis is to analyze the utilization and productivity of table boards processing. This thesis is based on selected theoretical approaches, especially on the theory of constraints and lean manufacturing. In the practical part is used a number of tools and techniques for analysis purposes. A spaghetti diagram is used to visualize the flows. A more detailed evaluation of the process is done by monitoring productivity, timeliness of manufacturing tasks and work studies. Based on the current system of monitoring productivity and process utilization, possibilities for improving this system are suggested. These proposals contain both, the entire machine center and the workplace of the process, which is characterized as bottleneck. Another proposal includes standards that cover some important workplace activities.
