Zhodnocení a výběr optimálního dodavatele pro vybraný podnik

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is using method of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to find the optimal supplier that best meets the requirements of the business entity Střechy Matulík. The whole thesis consists of six chapters. The first introductory chapter focuses on the structure and content of the thesis. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the purchase of company and selection of suppliers. The third chapter focuses on a brief description of one of the methods of multi-criteria decision making, which is called the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The fourth chapter is devoted to mapping the market roofing and suppliers in the subject Střechy Matulík. In this chapter there is also a performance of that business entity, which includes a list of suppliers from which the roofing is taken. In addition, the fourth chapter focuses on analyzing the behavior of customers when choosing a product and manufacturer in the subject Střechy Matulík whose implementation was ensure the arrangement of roofing materials and suppliers from most desirable to least desirable. The fifth chapter focuses on the selection of optimal supplier using the method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The resulting optimal solution is two, since in this thesis are two cases of calculation. For the first calculation is selected optimal supplier with regard to the most desirable type of roofing, while the second calculation is selected optimal supplier with regard to the top five most desirable producers of roofing. In both cases was detect supplier that best meets the requirements of the business entity Střechy Matulík. The sixth and final chapter is devoted to a summary all the knowledge gained by developing this thesis.
