Sebehodnocení organizace s využitím EFQM Modelu Excelence

Abstract

This bachelor work dissertates about selfevaluation of organization using EFQM Model Excelence. In theoretical section I described one of the metod of system measurement, which means selfevaluation, further I described all forms of evaluation. Consequently there is detailed description of EFQM Model Excelence in theoretical section. In practical section is described procedure for realization of selfevaluation in organization, which I have choosen. After completing of forms for the questionnaire method and the method „pro forma“ I performed selfevaluation in the presence of management. Based on data collection we were gaining outputs like strong points and mainly chance for improvement.
