Zhodnocení investičních projektů města Ostravy v letech 2007 - 2013

Abstract

In recent years, an interest in the issue of urban development is steadily increasing. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate investment projects in Ostrava in the years 2007 – 2013. The work gives a picture of public projects in Ostrava as of specific development activities funded from public sources. It focuses on the evaluation of investment projects within individual city districts according to various criteria. The work also deals with the execution of the Strategic Plan for the Development of the City of Ostrava for the years 2005 – 2013 and its updated version for the years 2009 – 2015 by investment projects through evaluation of the fulfillment of strategic priorities.
