Vyhodnocení investičního záměru na pořízení minirýpadla

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení investičního záměru na pořízení minirýpadla ve stavebním podniku SUBSTAV Invest s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je vyhodnocení uvažovaného investičního záměru, kritické posouzení dosažených výsledků a zpracování návrhů pro jejich vylepšení. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V první, teoretické, části je nejen představen daný podnik, ale i hlavní principy investičního rozhodování, a především metody vyhodnocování investic – statické a dynamické. V praktické části je definován samotný investiční záměr, včetně výdajů spojených s jeho provozem. Dále je stanoven předpokládaný cash flow, který plyne z jeho využívání. Následně je provedeno vyhodnocení investičního záměru pomocí vybraných metod a jsou prezentovány výsledky kritického posouzení s následnými návrhy na jejich zlepšení.

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the investment plan for the mini excavator acquisition in the construction company SUBSTAV Invest s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is the evaluation of a considered investment plan, critically assess the achieved results and propose measures for their improvement. The thesis is structured into two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the first, theoretical, part of the thesis introduces not only the company but also the main principles of investment decision-making, especially the methods of investment evaluation – static and dynamic. In the practical part, the investment itself plan is defined including the expenses associated with its operation. In addition, the expected cash flow resulting from its utilization is determined. Subsequently, the investment plan is evaluated using selected methods and the results of critical assessment are presented along with proposals for their improvement.
