Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create building and make architectural and technological part of the documentation. The topic of this work is to design house for seniors in Nový Jičín. The first part include task and general solution of the project. The second part is focused on building‘s technical solution. The aims is to create clean appearance and proportionally balanced layout of the building. For that reason is the thesis focused on layout and operational solution for each part of the building.
