Abstract

Topic of the thesis is “Employees´ satisfaction with training in a company”. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the contemporary level of employees´ satisfaction with training in a company and, based on the evaluation of survey, to propose possible actions in order to increase quality of training in the company as well as satisfaction of employees that is related to this. Another aim is to find and point out possible imperfections in the training system in the given company, to propose a solution to correct the situation and possibly, to propose author´s own solution. The theoretical part gives characteristics of the whole system of training including identification of needs of education, planning and subsequent execution of training and evaluation of results of training as well as characteristics of training methods used at workplace and/or outside the company. The work satisfaction is characterized in the issue of satisfaction. The practical part is focused on an analysis of satisfation with training in the company from the view of the company as well as the employees. PROGRES GROUP a.s. is introduced and characterized, its whole system of training being described and there is a survey that is later evaluated. The last part focuses on proposals and recommendations for possible improvements of the training system and better employees´ satisfaction with the training.
