Abstract

The object of bachelor thesis is the creation of architectural and construction proposal townhouse, located in an area called the Moravian Ostrava. The house is designed in a vacant lot of new buildings, as townhouse central character facilities and wheelchair access. It is a five-story building without a basement, intended primarily for housing and business. The thesis contains a text part, which deals with processing documentation for construction with architectural and structural design of the building. The text part is supplemented by drawings of which are made according to requirements and drawings bachelor thesis.
