Abstract

The submitted study presents recent issues related to mining legislation and its application within the field of exploration, documentation and access to old mining works. The study provides an analysis of the current mining legislation from the viewpoint of physical entities and other law bodies that are performing non-mining activities inside the old mining works, such as biological or archeological research, documentation, speleological research etc.
