Analýza konkurence na trhu firem se zdravotním materiálem

Abstract

The objective of diploma thesis was the comparison between four companies that are focused on distribution of medical instruments for intensive medicine in The Czech republic. The four mentioned companies were ASQA, a.s, B Braun Medical, s. r. o., Cheirón, a. s. and ARMIS, s. r. o. The analysis was made for ASQA, a.s. I get all necessary information from each compared company. Then I made the analysis and the status on the market of the companies was compared. As a conclusion of my analysis the company ASQA, a.s. has a good name on the market and also very good inter-year raise in the market share. But the company has some deficiencies especially in unfinished goals and visions and in disregarding essential facts and recommendation. I suggest the company listen to its own employees and be more positive in their requirements. The way to successful business results from this background.
