Využití a perspektivy brownfields historického centra Duchcova

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou brownfields v České republice, které je věnována teoretická část práce. Cílem práce je návrh praktických řešení dané lokality s respektováním historických specifik města, kde se soustředí zejména na specifický kontakt výsypky Pokrok a historického jádra města včetně zámeckého parku. Celkem jsou zpracovány 4 varianty řešení společně s aproximativním ekonomickým rozpočtem a vizualizací. V praktické části práce analyzuji vybranou lokalitu a na základě územního a strategického plánu jsou zpracovány návrhy řešení. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny varianty řešení a vybrána nejvhodnější varianta budoucího využití.

The theoretical part of this master thesis introduces into the issues regarding brownfields in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to propose practical solutions dealing with mine dumps, Pokrok in particular, and their specific contact with the historical city center and the castle park, taking into account the historical specificities of the location and the city. In total, four proposals including possible budget costs and visualization were presented. In the practical part, a selected location was analyzed, and possible solutions were proposed based on the zoning and strategic plan. In the conclusions, all possible solutions are assessed and the most suitable one is selected and recommended for future use.
