Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku“ je zjistit konkurenceschopnost výrobní firmy pomocí vybraných analýz. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy konkurenceschopnosti a popsány vybrané metody sloužící k její analýze. V praktické části je nejprve představena firma a následně jsou využity analýzy popsané v teoretické část, které zkoumají situaci firmy. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí a zhodnocení zjištěných informací a na jejich základě jsou vypracovány vhodné návrhy a doporučení, které povedou k posílení konkurenceschopnosti vybrané firmy.

The aim of the bachelor thesis „Competitiveness Assessment of ase Manufacturing Company" is to determine competitiveness manufacturing company using selected analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts of competitiveness and describes selected methods used for its analysis. In the practical part is firstly introduced the firm and then the analyzes described in the theoretical part are used, which examine the situation of the company. At the end of the work a summary and evaluation of the information is made and on the basis of these are elaborated suitable proposals and recommendations that will lead to the competitiveness of the selected company.
