Abstract

The graduations thesis task was project of multifunctional building for implementation of construction and implement alternative solutions to building facade insulations, ventilated facade and thermal insulation composite system including a price comparison of these two variantions. Subject of the graduation thesis is also the project of technological progress in implementing the piles, timetable, costing and control principles for the construction of the foundations construction and building.

The graduation thesis is prepared in the range of documentation for the realization of building and is divided into a drawing and text parts. In these parts is object detaily analysed. It is a standalone building with four floors and a basement.

Whole solution of this work is based on the graduation thesis and requirements of building placement in the territory and recpects the relevant applicable regulations and laws.
