Kultura vyjednávání ve vybrané společnosti: Studie případu

Abstract

This thesis examines the relationship between organizational culture and negotiation practices in a selected company. Attention is paid to whether negotiation is influenced by the company environment and whether the negotiation style can also have an impact on the internal culture. The research was carried out in a manufacturing company using the MAELQ questionnaire, a semi-structured interview, and a case study. The results showed that although the company displayed characteristics of a "hard work" culture, the manager’s negotiation style was more in line with a process-oriented culture. This confirmed that in practice, various cultural elements often overlap. Negotiation is not seen only as a way to reach an agreement, but also as a tool for building long-term cooperation. Based on the findings, specific recommendations for developing negotiation skills and company culture are presented.
