Abstract

The present thesis deals with the process of the possibility of using a planned experiment for the rivet button expansion force. The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors that affect the expansion force of a rivet button. The theoretical part describes the manufacturing process of the rivet button including the actual testing, the essence of improvement and the theoretical analysis for the application of the planned experiment method. In the practical part, the actual experiment focusing on the improvement process of the rivet button expansion force is presented.
