Apartment Building in Klimkovice

Abstract

My Diploma Thesis presents the project documentation for the multifunctional building combining a residential apartment with office spaces. The design reflects the owners visions of creating a compact apartment house with the atmosphere of a home. The work includes a detailed technical report, material specifications, thermal assessment using TEPLO and ENERGIE, and a complete drawing documentation. The thesis demonstrates the application of the acquired knowledge throughout this study program to achieve a good design.
