Strategická analýza banky

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the actual state of the firm by the help of external analysis and to propose solutions to improve the recognized state in the future. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the general methodology of the strategic analysis of an enterprise from which the optimal strategic plan is generated. The second part of the thesis describes processing methodology and the aim of the thesis. The theory of the financial analysis, SWOT analysis, PESTE analysis and concurrency analysis follows in the third part of the thesis. The fourth part of the thesis is focused on characterization of the firm, its history, organizational structure, line of business and offered products. Application of above mentioned methods is described in fifth part of the thesis. The sixth part of the thesis is focused on solutions and recommendations based on performed analyses. The proposed solutions are following: extension of the distribution network, cancellation of withdrawal fee charged for withdrawing money from client's account at business location, extension of the Bene+ program on the food chain, introduction of mobile wallets, credit facilities for women on maternity leave, cancellation of fee for paying off loan early.
