Organizace zřizované územními samosprávnými celky a kontrola jejich hospodaření

Abstract

Abstrakt: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké organizace město Slavičín zřizuje a zakládá, jejich analýza vzájemných finančních vztahů a jejich kontrola hospodaření. V kapitole „Organizace zřizované územními samosprávnými celky“ je stručně nastíněna obecná definice neziskového veřejnoprávního systému a organizací zakládaných územním samosprávným celkem. Tato kapitola také obsahuje charakteristiku města Slavičín a jeho zřízených organizací. Ve druhé kapitole „Vztahy mezi zřizovatelem a zřízenými organizacemi“ jsou popsány rozpočtové a účetní vztahy organizací zřizovaných územním samosprávným celkem. Poslední kapitola obsahuje kromě finanční kontroly města Slavičín také kontrolu hospodaření jeho organizací a dává návrhy, které mohou vést ke zlepšení realizace kontroly ve výše zmíněných organizacích.

Summary: The aim of my graduation theses was to find out what types of organizations are founded and established in my hometown Slavicin. Moreover I was interested in how the financial relations and control over management of property are analysed. There is briefly outlined the general definiton of non-profit-making system and organizations which were established by the municipalities in a chapter called „Organizations Established by Municipalities“. This chapter encompasses the characterization of the town Slavicin and his established organizations. There is description of accountancy, management and holding of the town Slavicin in the second chapter called „Relations between founder and established organizations“. Furthemore there are stated budgeted and accounting relations of the organizations founded by the municipalities. There are some suggestions which could lead to the refinement of realization of the control over the organizations in the last chapter.
