Srovnání soudního systému v České republice a ve Španělsku

Abstract

Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá tématem soudního systému v České republice a ve Španělsku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část obecná popisuje soudní systém v rámci Evropské unie a soudní systém v České republice a Španělsku. Cílem práce je identifikovat rozdíly vybraných soudních modelů a navrhnout doporučení pro jejich zlepšení. Následující praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření. Cílem provedeného výzkumu je pak zjistit názory obyvatelstva Španělska a České republiky na fungování soudního systému a úroveň jejich znalostí v oblasti soudnictví svých zemí. Získané údaje jsou porovnány rovněž mezi zeměmi navzájem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the judicial system in the Czech Republic and Spain. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the judicial system within the European Union and the judicial system in the Czech Republic and Spain. The aim is to identify differences between selected court systems and suggest recommendations to improve them. The following part of the bachelor thesis is represented by questionnaire survey. The aim of the research is to find out what are the opinions of the inhabitants of determined countries on the functioning of the judicial system and their level of knowledge in the judiciary. The obtained data are also compared between the countries themselves.
