Abstract

In this work „Small and Medium – size Enterprise“, we are dealing with the establishment of a specific company Ltd. and its business plan. The first part is focused on the theoretical definition of small and medium sized enterprises, setting up a business, business plan and finally, there are described methods and techniques applied in this work. The second part is devoted to the temporal and materiál following the steps in establishing Ltd., the company specifically Caffé Luto, Ltd. The following is part of this company developed a detailed business plan, including description of the business, undertaking analysis of the surroundings, marketing and financial plan. In the last chapter is an evaluation of the business plan. First is the evaluation analysis of the surroundings, marketing mix, SWOT analysis and financial situation.
