Abstract

The theme of the bachelor work is marketing communication of the university futsal club FC VSK VŠB-TU Ostrava. The aim of the work is to gain primary opinions and attitudes of customers and firms, which assess the factors of the club marketing communication. The tool for acquiring the information is marketing research in a form of both personal and electronic survey. The content of the work is a theoretical piece of knowledge of marketing communication and research, the analysis of existing factors of marketing communication and rating of the club. Furthermore, the work contains the rating of factors, which influence customers and firms when choosing a sport event and analysis of the present degree of the club advertising. The result of the work is concrete suggestions and solutions, which should contribute to increase the effectiveness and improvements of the marketing communication of the futsal club FC VSK VŠB-TUO.
