Abstract
The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Comparison of motivation and remuneration of employees in a medium-sized company and a multinational company." The aim of the work is to analyze the ways of motivation and remuneration of employees in two selected companies, which we can according to the recommendation 2003/361 / EC. for the division of enterprises into categories according to size, define as a large enterprise and a medium-sized enterprise. The work is divided into two basic parts, namely the theoretical - methodological part and the practical part. In the first theoretical part we deal with the basic concepts associated with motivation and reward, we analyze theories of motivation and methods of reward. In the second practical part, based on the available materials, we analyze both companies, evaluate their financial results and current methods of remuneration, based on the studied remuneration guidelines, employment contracts and other internal materials of both companies. The key part of the work is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Finally, suggestions and recommendations for improvement in both companies are given.
