Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is an analysis of the current condition at chosen workplace at the company Bonatrans Group, a. s., thereafter make an suggestion of solutions to identified problems using lean manufacturing tools. The theoretical part focuses on explanation the concepts of lean management, lean workplace and lean manufacturing tools. The practical part describes the current condition at the hall of production with machining machines of wheel machining. Based on identified problems are made an suggestion using lean manufacturing tools and other recommendations for a better working processes in the chosen hall.
