Zhodnocení výkonnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the economic performance of the building company Homola between the years 2007 and 2009. The diploma thesis was divided into two main chapters. The theoretical section was devoted to the methods, approaches and indicators explanation which are being used for the economic performance evaluation. At the beginning of the application part the building company Homola was presented. The financial analysis and the benchmarking were the methods used for this evaluation. Within the assessment of the company’s financial health the horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis were used including value models and bankruptcy models. Established results and findings were compared to the rival company Stamont results and to the sector results.
