Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a project documentation for the construction of a three-storey a recreation residence with one basement floor and with eleven apartments named Nika. The residence consists of apartments for an accomodation for guests from first till third floor and non-residential premises, which are situated in the basement. The construction system of a new residential building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a brick up walls and thermal wall cladding system. The project documentation is processed in two parts. These are a part of the building construction and technological part. In the part of a building construction are solved construction drawings and complete project documentation for the implementation of a new residential building. In the technological part of the diploma thesis is drawn up a complete technological prescription for the thermal wall cladding system ETICS using by gray foam polystyrene Isover EPS Greywall plus. In the next technological part is processed a timetable and a budget for this type of thermal insulation. A part of this thesis is also the technical report for a site equipment including two drawings of the construction site. The first drawing is focused on the beginning of construction work and second one during making up of a thermal wall cladding system. In the conclusion of this thesis is handled a comparison three types of an insulation boards in a thermal wall cladding system ETICS. These are a gray foam polystyrene Isover EPS Greywall plus, a white foam polystyrene EPS Isover 70 F and a mineral insulation from stone fibers Isover TF.
