Abstract

This doctoral thesis deals with determination suitable tools for analysis of construction project. For this analysis was assessment several possibilities and methods of risk analysis, which are aplication on a few types of construction projects. Use method UMRA (universal matrix of risk analysis) and SWOT as it is called this analysis, originally make for management companies. The first part of this doctoral thesis is concentrate on summary and teoretical foundantions for choice method of risk analysis. In the second part od this thesis methods are aplication on concrete representative of construction projects. In the end methodical instuctions is created , how selected methods of risk analysis use aplication on construction projects. General advancement formation construction project, which is decrease hazard and risk of designers in constrution projects.
