Posouzení rentability fotovoltaické elektrárny v časovém rozmezí 2009 - 2014

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of profitability of investment into the photovoltaic power station with an output of 30 kWp in 2009 - 2014. During the last six years there has been a radical change in the sales prices of solar power station and also purchase prices of electricity and green bonuses. Changes have also occurred in income taxes, interest rates of commercial loans and the market prices of electricity. All these changes affected the fundamental profitability of the investment in particular years. Custom comparison of the advantages of investment in six years is then made by dynamic method net present value.
