Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of boring cross sections in mining technology. It focuses on boring using blasting technologies for the rock disintegration. Main and auxiliary operations of excavation cycle are analysed. The practical part of the thesis deals with a specified boring cross section. It is compared in different geological conditions. Further it includes the calculation of main and auxiliary operations of excavation cycle and design of mechanization needed during boring of a cross section in the given conditions. The calculation is performed for boring realised by blasting. The paper also compares various technologies of excavating rocks and compares the effectiveness of proposed technologies using various mechanized excavating operation.
