The main goal of this dissertation thesis is to create a documentation for an apartment building in Třinec for building permition and to develop variatiant solutions of a flat roof. In the writen part of this dissertation thesis is a covering report, technical report, listing of construction compositions, time schedule, description of both variant solutions, construction procedure of green roof, energy transfer evaluation of both variants and comparison between both variants. Subject of this dissertation thesis is an apartment building with three floors above ground and one underground. There are 12 apartments with ground areas from 40 m2 to 105 m2. The result of the dissertation thesis is a comaprison of both variant solutions.
