Zhodnocení efektivního řízení drážní dopravy na vlečce

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the effective management of railway transport on the siding. Security elements were characterized here, such as a switchgear, a signal, a track circuit, which forms a basic part of the security equipment coming in the outdoor part. Two types of security devices and their control principles were described in the thesis. The older type of station relay security device AŽD – 71 and the fully state-of-the-art electronic station security device MODEST – GEMINI. Using SWOT analytical methods, an analysis of the security equipment and subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness of railway traffic management on the siding was carried out. Using an example from practice, not only the practical but also the economic benefit was described.
