Abstract

Stabilized and loyal workforce, which has the necessary qualifications and potential, represents a significant advantage for companies, which are trying to succeed in the continously rising competition. Being interested in the human resources is what is getting to foreground of many companies, mainly regarding the questions of effective selection and the subsequent stabilisation. The target of my thesis is to describe personnel selection and adaptation process in First information systems, s.r.o. and in consequence to propose actions which can conduct to efficiency grow of a present state in organization. Structure of the thesis is set as follows. The theoretical part consists of one chapter, where I describe options for finding employees. I will mainly focus on the knowledge regarding selection and adaptation of employees. The practice part consists of three chapters focused on company description, affording current company market overview, subject of enterprise and the company history, analysis of the current system state and last but not least, I offer suggestions. These topics could help the organization to increase selection process and adaptation effectively. This should secure company success in the constantly changing conditions of the modern society.
