Abstract
This thesis describes chemical part of coke plant and focuses on desulphurization of coke gas, namely this six methods: Stretford method, Thylox method, ammoniacal method, potas method, vacuum-carbonate method and hydrodesulphurization.
In an experimental part of the thesis material balances are solved for above mentioned methods. The result is a comparsion between available technologies respect to demand of materials.
