The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the design documentation of an apartment building and the technological process of implementing of the ceiling construction. The design documentation is executed in accordance with Decree No 405/2017 Sb. amending Decree No 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation [2]. The technological process includes time schedule and budget of the ceiling construction. The apartment building is designed with three floors and no basements. The building is based on foundation strips, the ceiling is constructed by the YTONG system [3] and the roof construction is flat.
