Sociální brownfield jako součást rozvojového potenciálu města

Abstract

This thesis focus on social brownfield influence in the development of the city as it is demonstrated this impact on shopping center Ostravica-Textilia. In the first part of the thesis, the categorization of brownfields is presented as well as specification and definition of the social brownfields and their limits. In the next chapter the history development of the shopping center is depicted and its current state as the brownfield is analyzed. The final part focus on concrete tools of revitalization and approaches of possible regeneration of social brownfields which is inspired by examples of revitalization from abroad.
