Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is setting of employees´ recruitment and selection processes in the CWS, s.r.o. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and historical background.Next, there is a proposal of setting of employees´ recruitment and selection in the CWS, s.r.o. Finally, there is conclusion of the whole bachelor thesis.
