Strategický plán organizace

Abstract

I have chosen a subject-matter Strategic Plan of the Organization for my thesis, because the strategy is very important for all companies. In this time, the company can’t be successful on the market without a good strategy. Strategic plan of the organization is based on strategic management and presents the aims and intentions of the company. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present state of copany Důbrava and to suggest strategic aims and other possibilities for future development. The thesis consists of several parts. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and general methodologies of the strategic analysis, which are necessary for making the practical part. The practical part contains a description of Dubrava, results of internal and external analysis and strategic proposals. Informations, which were necessary for this thesis, were taken from several subject publications, internet and materials of the company.
