Využití srážkových vod: analýza kvality a možnosti jejich čištění

Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis examines the chemistry of rainwater collected in the storage tank of a family home in Horní Suchá. The aim was to verify the effectiveness of the chosen method of treating the water for use in irrigation, laundry and flushing toilets. A total of nine water samples were analyzed. Based on these results, treatment involving filtration through semi-burnt dolomite and adsorption on activated carbon was selected. The study demonstrated that the rainwater could be effectively utilised for various purposes following treatment.
