Znečištění ovzduší automobilovou dopravou ve Frýdku-Místku a související výstavba obchvatu

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on air pollution in the statutory town of Frýdek-Místek, which is caused by road transport. Especially emissions and immissions and harmful substances such as carbon dioxide, methane, lead and sulfur dioxide. Another part deals with the influence of transport on air quality, part ofthe more detailed characteristics of transport pollutants and explanation of basic concepts. The following charter describes legislativ both in the Czech Republic and with in the European Union. Air pollutionis a topic that the European Union is addressing for a long time, not just in the kontext of transport. There are growing koncerns about road transport and it simpact on the environment, tightening of the air pollution limits, the full cancellation of the production of diesel engines, which are also one of the factors in fluencing pollution. The diploma thesis focusesand explains the koncept of low emission zone. A bypass was planned a cross the city to alleviate the traffic situation, with considerable problems associated with the construction of the bypass, the EIA process, and the impal of construction on the reduction of air pollution.
