Abstract

VEVERKA, Jiří: Karviná-Nové Město: městské bydlení, Diplomová práce, Ostrava, 2025, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektury 226. Vedoucí diplomové práce: Doc. Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, Ph.D. Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nového městského bydlení v Karviné, v městské části Karviná-Nové Město. Cílem práce je analyzovat možnosti rozvoje s ohledem na současný stav území a přispět k návratu dlouhodobě udržitelného života do této městské části. V území se v současnosti nachází velké množství proluk, které vznikly po zbourání části bytových domů. Urbanistická část práce se bude soustředit na návrh nové obytné zástavby, zlepšení kvality městského života a zvýšení atraktivity lokality. Architektonická část práce bude řešit vybranou stavbu objektu primárně určeného k bydlení.

Thesis supervisor: Doc. Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The subject of the thesis is the design of new urban housing in Karviná, in the Karviná-Nové Město district. The aim of the work is to analyze the possibilities of development with regard to the current state of the territory and to contribute to the return of long-term sustainable life to this part of the city. There are currently a large number of gaps in the area, which were created after the demolition of part of the apartment buildings. The urban planning part of the work will focus on the design of a new residential development, improving the quality of urban life and increasing the attractiveness of the location. The architectural part of the work will deal with the selected construction of a building primarily intended for housing.
