Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the project management in a company that operates in the development and production of automotive components. Thesis is focused on the functioning of the project team and change management in the seat systems division. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains research in knowledge about project management and comparison of currently used methods. The practical part describes and deals with the issues of project management in a particular company. The aim of the work, is to optimize the work of the project team in change management, using tools for the project management. This will result in the increase of working capacity for project team members and increase in work efficiency.
