Abstract

This diploma thesis from area of Quality Management is focused on the proposal of standard che - klist for realization of customer and internal audits in the company Pegatron Czech s.r.o. In the theoretical part is described issue of quality management systems and its auditing. This section is initiated by definitions of basic concepts of quality management systems. In the following chapter Audit, are explained basic differences between the external and internal audit, audit phases, the determination of audit objectives, basic audit tools and the personality of the auditor. The practical part is started by introduction of the company and its quality management system. Within this chapter is given a description of the process of internal audit in the company Pegatron Czech s.r.o. The key section of this thesis begins with an analysis of customer questionnaires and internal audit check – list of company Pegatron Czech s.r.o. There are analyzed methods of assessment, way of asking questions and dividing questions into subsections. Then is described the proposal of new questionnaire design already with newly created questions. Part of the description of new designed chek – list is guide to use this questionnaire. In conclusion of this thesis is shown the development of evaluation data system that will be obtained during internal audit and overall contribution of the newly created chek – list for the company Pegatron Czech s.r.o.
