Návrh a implementace intranetového portálu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací intranetového portálu pomocí technologie Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010. Práce je rozdělena na tři části a to teoretickou, anylalytickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána intranetová technologie a aplikaci SharePoint Foundation. Analytická část obsahuje základní informace o firmě, ve které byl portál vytvářen, popis jejího současného stavu a nároky na budoucí aplikaci. Praktická část zahrnuje návrh struktury webových stránek a řešení požadovaných funkcí a poté samotnou realizaci, skládající se z vytvoření úložišť pro uchovávání a sdílení podnikových dat a informací, zabudování speciálních prvků, jako chat, seznam menu restaurací a předpověď počasí, a nastavení uživatelských oprávnění.

This thesis describes design and implementation of an intranet portal using Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 technology. The work is divided into three main sections: the theoretical, the analytical and the practical. Theoretical part describes the intranet technology a SharePoint Foundation application. Analytical part contains basic information about the company, in which the portal was created, a description of its current state and future application requirements. Practical part includes the design of the structure of the websites and the solution of required functions, and then the actual implementation, consisting of the creation of repositories for storing and sharing enterprise data and information, incorporation of special features such as chat, list of restaurant menus and weather forecast, and setting user permissions.
