Abstract

The subject of the thesis Project management processes in the development of residential buildings is a description of the processes that the developer must do in the project phases. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part outlines the possibilities of solving the individual phases of the project. The practical part is a description of selected specific steps of the planned project, which is the apartment house Holoubkov in Lovosice. Emphasis is placed on the description of project financing - an apartment building with eight housing units. The practical part includes a volumetric study, project economics, logical framework and Gantt chart.
